Abstract:This work analyzes the corrosion protection of the aluminum alloy AA-7075-T6 by poly-o-methoxyaniline (POMA) films, deposited by casting solution. The potentiodynamic polarization curves obtained in 0.6 mol L -1 NaCl solution indicate protective characteristics of POMA compared to polyaniline (PAni), indicating superior barrier properties.
