Abstract: Snake envenomation leads to significant morbidity and mortality with local, hematological, renal, and neurological complications. Hemotoxic envenomation activates a hemorrhagic cascade, leading to many manifestations ranging from skin bleeds to major organ bleeds and fatal intracranial hemorrhage.
