Cortical Surfaces Mediate the Relationship Between Polygenic Scores for Intelligence and General Intelligence

Abstract: Recent large-scale, genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have identified hundreds of genetic loci associated with general intelligence. The cumulative influence of these loci on brain structure is unknown.
