Cotyledonoid Dissecting Leiomyoma of the Uterus: An Unexpected Diagnosis After Delivery

Abstract: Cotyledonoid dissecting leiomyoma, also known as Sternberg tumor, is a rare benign uterine tumor with a gross and radiological appearance that may suggest the possibility of a malignancy.
