Cotyledonoid leiomyoma of uterus: a case report

Abstract: The diagnosis of uterine smooth muscle tumors is usually not difficult. Occasionally, benign tumors with an unusual growth pattern may cause some diagnostic confusion for pathologists who had not experienced such a tumor before.
