Could laparoscopic cystectomy improve intrauterine insemination with controlled ovarian hyperstimulation outcomes in women with endometrioma?

Abstract: Objectives: To clarify the effects of laparoscopic cystectomy of endometriomas on intrauterine insemination with controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH + IUI) success in women with the disease.
