Counselling Self-Efficacy, Trait Anxiety and Cognitive Flexibility and School Counsellor Job Satisfaction

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to see how counselling self-efficacy, anxiety characteristics, and cognitive flexibility influenced school counsellor job satisfaction. The survey included 70 school counsellors from Pedaling Utama District.
