Covaxin-Induced Lymphocytic Myocarditis

Abstract: We report the case of a young adult male with endomyocardial biopsy-proven lymphocytic myocarditis following Covaxin administration. Covaxin differs from the mRNA vaccines in that it is an inactivated virus developed using the whole virion inactivated using the Vero cell platform. We successfully managed the patient with complete resolution of symptoms.
