This paper investigates how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used to combat the Covid 19 epidemic. The article first introduces the benefits of AI and how it has been used to aid people during the pandemic. The history of the Covid-19 pandemic is laid out, and AI technology is introduced. It then examines the responses to the pandemic and its effects on the economy and society. The research uses a qualitative methodology, which entailed looking at original documents and supplementary materials like scholarly articles and books about the subject. The paper used this method to determine how various forms of artificial intelligence could combat Covid 19. Among these were improvements to vaccines and medications and the ability to detect and identify infections, manage their remediation, keep track of individuals' contacts, predict mortality rates, and calculate them. Additionally, the paper explored how AI technology has affected disease prevention efforts and how further study of AI could benefit healthcare. After observing the effectiveness of AI technologies in halting the spread of the Covid 19 pandemic, the authors concluded that more study was required to fully grasp the long-term effects of AI technology in healthcare and its ethical implications.

This article aims to analyze the effectiveness of the European Union in overcoming the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic crisis, with a case study of the Integrated Political Crisis Response (IPCR) policy in place. This article uses a qualitative research method, namely literature study to answer the research question of this article. Arild Underdal's regime effectiveness approach was then used to analyze the effectiveness of the EU in responding to the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic through the IPCR policy, using three variables, namely dependent, independent, and regime effectiveness. This study explains that the EU's IPCR policy was not effective enough to overcome the COVID- 19 crisis in 2020 because it was faced with the national policies of member countries. Their policies posed challenges to the coordination and integration of the EU. The increase in the number of COVID-19 cases was also a new challenge in the mechanism offered by the IPCR because all member countries imposed regional restriction policies.

The acquisition of full membership for the Republic of Serbia in the European Union depends on a large number of factors. The combined and synergistic effect of these factors has made the process of Serbia's accession to the European Union extremely uncertain in terms of date and final outcome. The new reality, including the COVID-19 pandemic, U.S. isolationist policies during President Trump's tenure, the strengthening of China and Russia, and Britain's exit from the EU, has made this process even more uncertain. In this context, it is crucial to identify and prioritize key factors that affect or could affect the process of Serbia's accession to the European Union, in order to evaluate the possible outcomes of this process. To solve problems of this level of complexity and uncertainty, it is necessary to apply an interdisciplinary approach of the appropriate level of complexity. Therefore, this paper is an extension of previous research (Krstic et al, 2018; Mimovic et al, 2019) based on the defined research goal, but incorporates a complex, network model called theAnalytical Network Process, which included new circumstances that determine what is colloquially called the new reality. All calculations in the paper were performed using the software package SuperDecisions as computer support for the Analytical Network Process.
