Objetivo: explorar as percepções dos enfermeiros da Atenção Primária sobre a importância de avaliar o Letramento em Saúde, durante a consulta de enfermagem aos doentes crônicos. Método: abordagem qualitativa, descritivo, desenvolvido com dez enfermeiros das Estratégias de Saúde da Família de um município sul Mineiro. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio da técnica de grupo focal, sob a análise de conteúdo Bardin. Resultado: através da análise do discurso dos participantes, pode-se observar as percepções e estratégias decorrentes do Letramento em Saúde na consulta de enfermagem aos doentes crônicos. Conclusão: os participantes demonstraram conhecimento sobre o Letramento em Saúde, conseguindo identificar fatores influenciadores, impacto gerado pelo nível de Letramento em Saúde, assim como os facilitadores e barreiras que afetam no desenvolvimento de atividades de enfermagem que visam melhorar o nível de Letramento em Saúde dos pacientes.

This study aimed at analyzing the psychosocial repercussions of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic on the health of men living in Brazil. For this, we carried out a socio-historical and qualitative study, with the participation of 200 men who answered an online questionnaire. The data collected were processed in the NVIVO12® software, structured by the Collective Subject Discourse method, and analyzed from the epidemic disease theoretical framework proposed by Charles Rosenberg. Our results showed that the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic brought about repercussions of different dimensions that compromised the health of men living in Brazil. The repercussions evidenced were behavioral changes and emergence of new habits due to the pandemic; uncomfortable family situations; impaired affective and sexual relationships; harms in marital relationships; and insecurity and psychological distress. It is important to implement strategies that maximize men’s health literacy, promoting better communication in terms of health, and search for help and suitable information about health/mental health.

Objective To analyze the repercussions of ageism directed at older people during covid-19, through the content available on the Youtube™ platform. Method Netnographic, exploratory and qualitative study, whose data were collected in videos on the Youtube™ platform; a thematic analysis of Bardin's content was performed and the elements were discussed in the light of the Theory of Stigma. Results Three categories explain the repercussions of the investigated phenomenon: expressions of ageism pre-existing to the pandemic, with expressions of exclusion, disregard and disrespect; expressions of ageism during the pandemic from the risk group label that strengthens stereotypes of sick and incapable people; and feelings and attitudes of the older people towards the repercussions of ageism, which led to repercussions on social interactions, lifestyle and health of older people. Conclusions The repercussions can cause physical, cognitive, social and psychic sequelae, and the fight against its impacts starts from the educational sphere towards a social pact that allows a respectful and empathetic coexistence between generations.
