Abstract: 2020 yılı başından itibaren Çin'de ortaya çıkan ve tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan COVID-19 yalnızca sağlık yönüyle değil, aynı zamanda başta ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel faaliyetler olmak üzere birçok yönden olumsuz etkileri de beraberinde getirmiştir.
