Objective: to analyze, in the scientific literature, the knowledge available on the use of the prone position in pregnant women diagnosed with COVID-19 or other health conditions. Method: an integrative literature review developed through the following guiding question: What is the scientific knowledge available on the use of the prone position in pregnant women with COVID-19 or other health conditions? The search for studies was carried out in eight databases. Results: using the prone position in pregnant women with Acute Respiratory Distress syndrome allowed for improvements in lung compliance and oxygenation. It also allowed reducing uterine compression on the maternal large vessels, and a reduction in blood pressure was observed in pregnant women with pre-eclampsia. The prone position was also safe in the surgical management of pregnant patients. In addition, the following conditions stood out as disadvantages related to the prone position in pregnant women: possibility of aortocaval compression, causing severe hypotension, and inability to easily monitor fetal status or to perform emergency Cesarean sections. Conclusion: the prone position was considered safe, reliable and comfortable for its use in the clinical management of pregnant women, where specific care measures must be taken to avoid compression of gravid abdomen, as well as fetal monitoring is important to detect placental circulation impairment.

Introduction: Applications are instruments of easy and fast access and low cost, but, to meet the needs of users, they must be validated to be offered. Validation is a process by which the reliability and relevance of the product are established, verifying if it has achieved the desired specific purpose. Objective: To evaluate the layout and content of an application for health education on risk factors and first aid procedures in cases of acute myocardial infarction. Methods: Methodological study of application evaluation. The application was built according to the assumptions of Design Thinking. The present study had the following stages: 1) construction of the evaluation form, 2) recruitment of the judges, 3) evaluation of the layout and 4) evaluation of the application content. The evaluation was composed of 21 judges, being 11 doctors and 10 nurses, from June to December 2019. For the evaluation of the layout and content, some strategies were used through the Delphi method, and the Content Validity Index (CVI) was calculated from the answers of the judges. Results: The application got global CVI of 0.98. Conclusions: The application presents scientifically adequate information for health education and necessary for situations of acute myocardial infarction emergencies.

Introdução: Em dezembro de 2019 na China, o SARS-CoV-2 foi identificado e declarado como pandemia pela Organização Mundial da Saúde. Sua transmissibilidade entre humanos e evolução com estabilidade clínica e hemodinâmica, aumentam o risco do desenvolvimento de lesões por pressão nos pacientes mais críticos. Objetivo: Identificar os principais cuidados hospitalares para manter a integridade da pele nos pacientes com Covid-19 propensos a lesão por pressão. Metodologia: Estudo descritivo do tipo revisão integrativa realizado nas bases: Literatura Latino-Americana de Ciências da Saúde, Base de Dados de Enfermagem, Scientific Eletronic Library Online e Biblioteca Nacional de Medicina dos Estados Unidos com os descritores Covid-19, Lesão por pressão, Assistência ao paciente e Padrões de referência. Os critérios de inclusão foram textos completos disponíveis gratuitamente, publicados entre 2019 e 2021, que compartilhassem da temática em adultos e/ou idosos. Foram excluídos artigos incompletos, plataformas pagas, carta e notas editor, reflexões e os artigos duplicados foram contabilizados uma vez, o idioma de origem não foi fator excludente. Resultados: Foram identificados 398 artigos potencialmente relevantes e 7 foram selecionados. As principais práticas relacionadas a prevenção de lesões por pressão em pacientes com COVID-19 apontam intervenções como o uso de checklist, avaliação periódica da pele, definição do risco de desenvolvimento de lesão por pressão, mudança de decúbito conforme tolerância do paciente, uso de superfície para redistribuição de peso, cobertura profilática multicamadas e controle da umidade da pele. Conclusões: As principais práticas para evitas as lesões por pressão nos pacientes com Covid-19 no ambiente hospitalar estão associadas com o cuidado direto ou indiretamente ligados a pele, adoção de medidas preventivas e sistemáticas dentro da realidade clínica e hemodinâmica dos pacientes.
