Telah terjadi 89 recordable injury dan 41 high potential incidents (HIPO) per 61.12 juta jam kerja pada tahun 2019-2020 pada PT.XYZ, sebuah perusahaan minyak bumi dan gas alam di Balikpapan, dan 24 dari 89 recordable injury terjadi di lapangan ABC. Pada tahun 2021, sampai dengan 30 November 2021, telah terjadi 16 insiden dan 192 kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 di lapangan ABC. Penelitian iklim K3 berupa 69 kuesioner online menggunakan Google Form dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi dimensi iklim K3 pada masa Pandemi COVID-19 berdasarkan faktor risiko terkait COVID-19 yaitu jenis kelamin, umur dan tingkat pendidikan pekerja sehingga rekomendasi perbaikan dapat diberikan. 50 pekerja berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini yang didominasi oleh pekerja pria 92%, kelompok umur dewasa 80% serta tingkat pendidikan SMA/Sederajat dan D4/S1 sebesar 76%. Uji distribusi normal, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji T dan uji ANOVA menggunakan SPSS 26.0 dilakukan untuk menganalisa data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan hanya terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada elemen Personal Appreciation of Risk pada kelompok umur lansia awal dan terjadi kenaikan tingkat iklim K3 dibandingkan iklim Keselamatan pada penelitian sebelumnya pada tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa para pekerja mempersepsikan bahwa nilai keselamatan sudah terinternalisasi dengan optimal dan tetap perlu dilakukan upaya pemeliharaan dan peningkatan berkelanjutan.

Covid-19, declared a global pandemic by WHO, has infected 10,242,298 cases in Indonesia. Especially in Southeast Sulawesi, there were 521 cases, with the most in Kendari city. Public health centers are generally the first goal of treatment by the community, so they must be able to manage and utilize their resources effectively and efficiently in breaking the chain of Covid-19 transmission. COVID-19 impacts changes in health services carried out at the Puskesmas, so it is crucial to evaluate the quality of drug management at the puskesmas during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to evaluate the quality of drug management in all outpatient health centers in Kendari City during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was descriptive and non-experimental with retrospective data collection in all outpatient health centers in Kendari City using the Satibi indicator as a subject with research objects including drug stock cards, LPLPO, RKO, and several other documents. Based on the results, all puskesmas remained active in proposing drugs to FORNAS during the pandemic. However, the percentage value of the suitability of drug items available with FORNAS did not yet meet the standards. The accuracy of planning, the suitability of the number of requests, and the suitability of the number of receipts are not up to standard. Storage according to dosage form, temperature, LASA, and FEFO were following standards, the accuracy of distribution, empty stock items, insufficient stock, safe stock, and the excess stock did not meet standards, and there were still expired or damaged drugs. The suitability of the physical amount of the drug meets the standard, but there are outpatient health centers that do not evaluate drug management periodically during 2020.

Background: Adequate health systems and effective strategies are needed to increase trust and acceptance in vaccines. Generation Z is more concerned with environmental issues related to the pandemic situation.Objective: This study aimed to assess the acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine in Generation Z.Methods: This was an observational analytical study with a cross-sectional design on generation Z in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia, from May to July 2021. The samples were taken by cluster sampling using faculty classification. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a google form, included the characteristics, knowledge regarding COVID-19 and vaccine, and the media information.Results: There were 396 participants. Most of them were 20 years (52.6%), female (74.8%), and Muslim (93.7%). About 61.6% live outside the city and had insurance (77.3%). Half of the participants knew the COVID-19 symptoms (51.26%), some participants were hesitant (11.8%) and did not even know (0.76%). Almost all participants were aware of the COVID-19 vaccination program (99.2%), benefits (95.2%), side effects (84.1%), and knew the contents of the COVID-19 vaccine (62.1%). Most of them were willing to take the COVID-19 vaccine (77.8%). However, 17.93% were hesitant, and 4.29% were unwilling to participate. Most participants were not trusting vaccines (43.9%), did not feel the need (29.3%), and felt access was not easy (26.8%). Most of them used social media to get information about COVID-19 (89.1%).Conclusion: Generation Z has a good acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine, even though there are still doubts and rejects. Accurately and sustainable information is needed.
