COVID‐19: The economic impact of a pandemic on the healthcare delivery system in the United States

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has created an unprecedented economic crisis and significant impact to the healthcare system of the United States. The tasks facing leaders and policymakers are enormous. There is an urgent need for new, clear, collaborative, and transparent interventions based on evidence and science.
