PCM (phase-change memory) is a memory innovation that has gained prominence as a capacity-class memory for computer systems. It is made up of a tiny functional amount of phase-change material that is located in the middle of two electrodes. In PCM, data is kept by utilizing the difference in electrical resistance between a crystalline phase, which has a high resistance, and its amorphous phase, which has a low resistance. Using electrical pulses, the phase-change material would be shifted from a high to the low conductive region and conversely. However, the device’s material science concerned with PCM has been generally studied, and questions remain regarding their electrical, warm, and fundamental aspects since its publication in the 1960s. One major downside of PCM is its low heat conductivity, which causes delays in the energy charging/discharging procedure and hardware efficiency. As a result of this, one of the primary focuses of PCM studies has been the improvement of PCM’s heat conductivity through the utilization of nanotechnology and nanomaterials. Nanotechnology has been developing ultrasmall nanoparticles to improve traditional PCMs’ thermophysical characteristics. These nanomaterials, such as metal, metal oxide, and carbon, will significantly boost PCM’s thermal properties, including supercooling, viscosity, and heat capacity. An overview of PCM devices is presented in this article, which underlies perusing and composition activities. Consequently, we offered novel PCM devices and materials. Therefore, the total study is qualitative, and no machine learning approach is used. Because of this, we cannot say that the data is quantitative. Our work includes both test representations of the specific features observed in nanoscale PCM devices and material science demonstrations. In the end, we provide a point of view on some remaining open inquiries and possible future exploration directions.

yararlanılarak COVID-19 salgını süresince alınan kararların bankaların finansal tablolarına ve sektörün yoğunlaşmasına etkisinin analiz edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. COVID-19 salgınının bankaların mali yapısına etkisi krediler, kârlılık, sermaye ve aktif kalitesi bileşenleri çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Sektördeki yoğunlaşma analizi kapsamında Herfindal Hirschman endeksi kullanılarak 2019 yıl sonu ve 2020 yıl sonu için endeks hesaplanmış ve endekste yaşanan değişim üzerinden yorum yapılmıştır. Sonuçta, COVID-19 önlemleri ile birlikte toplam kredi hacminin arttığı ve artışta kamu sermayeli mevduat bankalarının ön plana çıktığı görülmüştür. Kamu sermayeli bankalarının piyasayı canlandırmak adına üstlendikleri görev sebebiyle kârlılık açısından diğer banka gruplarına göre olumsuz ayrıştığı ve sermaye yeterlilik rasyolarının sektör ortalamasının altında seyrettiği tespit edilmiştir. Yoğunlaşma endeksi sonuçlarına göre, COVID-19 sonrası dönemde Türk Bankacılık Sektöründe aktif payları ve kredi hacmindeki yoğunlaşma artarak kamu sermayeli mevduat bankalarının piyasadaki hakimiyeti yükselmiştir.

Bu makalede Türkiye’de Covid-19 korona virüs salgın döneminde günlük vaka sayısına bağlı olarak bir gün sonraki borsa endeksindeki ve dolar kurundaki hareketler bir adımlı stokastik Markov zincirleri yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bu yatırım araçları üzerinde günlük vaka sayısına göreceli ve göreceli olmayan Markov modelleri oluşturulmuştur. Her bir modelin geçiş olasılık matrisleri bulunmuş ve kuvvetleri alınarak denge durumundaki limit matrisleri hesaplanmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlar: i) Günlük vaka sayısının azalmasının sonrasındaki günlerde 0,6761 en yüksek olasılık ile borsa endeksinde pozitif yönlü hareket olacaktır. ii) Vaka sayısındaki artma sonrasındaki günlerde ise 0,6184 en yüksek olasılık ile dolar kuru getirisi artan yöndedir. iii) Durağanlık durumunda vaka sayılarının artma veya azalma yönündeki hareketlerinden bağımsız olarak dolar kurundaki artma olasılığı 0,5541, azalma olasılığı ise 0,4459 dir. Borsa endeksinin getirisi ise durağanlık durumunda 0,5971 olasılık ile pozitif, 0,4029 olasılık ile negatif olarak hesaplanmıştır. iv) Dolar kuru günlük değişimlerinden elde edilen geçiş olasılık matrisine göre en yüksek olasılık 0,6828 ile dolar kurunda artan bir günden artan güne geçişte elde edilmiştir. v) Borsa endeksi günlük değişimlerinden elde edilen geçiş olasılık matrisine göre ise en yüksek olasılık 0,6347 ile borsa endeksinde artan bir günden artan güne geçişte elde edilmiştir.
