CP-022 Nationally agreed standards for ward pharmacy services – how are we doing?

Abstract: BackgroundIn our country, a newly formed working group coordinates and develops clinical and ward pharmacy services nationally. In 2014, the group agreed on, produced and implemented, national standards for ward pharmacy services.
