CP-037 Efficacy of abiraterone in the treatment of prostate cancer

Abstract: BackgroundHormone treatment based on analogues of gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) with antiandrogens is the first-line treatment for prostate cancer. This treatment produces a PSA reduction, improvement of symptoms and tumour regression.
