Crafting Illusions: The Art of Neoumbilicoplasty in DIEP Patients

Abstract: Umbilicus position in a DIEP flap differs from a traditional abdominoplasty because the low abdominal transverse scar is higher than in the abdominoplasty. The vertical measurement should be 8-10 cm from the scar to give the illusion of a proportional torso.
