Crash Modification Factors for the Flashing Yellow Arrow Treatment at Signalized Intersections

Abstract: This paper presents the results of an evaluation of the flashing yellow arrow (FYA) treatment using data from signalized intersections in Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Oregon.
