Creating a Work Environment Conducive to Organizational Learning

Abstract: Through organizational learning, health care teams can consistently provide excellent patient care in a complex and changing environment. Nurse managers, educators, and other leaders can facilitate organizational learning within their teams by promoting certain contextual factors in the clinical work environment.
