Creation artificial soil-ground at gardening of objects of landscape architecture in Western Siberia

Abstract: Abstract. Now for creation of a fertile layer usually use peat-sandy mixes in various parities, which initially do not approach for long-term development of grasses. It leads to that the grassy cover on slopes of roads, city lawns within 2-3 years perishes and is replaced natural by weeds with the vegetation which is not forming strong of sod. The carried out analysis of granulometric structure of soils on which perennial grasses grow, has shown, that as a part of artificial soil the clay containing oozy parti… Show more

“…The reason for the minimal impact of the highway on the addition densityof sod-podzolic soil is a lighter granulometric composition in relation to gray forest soil and chernozem. Therefore, dispersion of initially unstable to water soil aggregates can not significantly affect the processes of compaction of the arable horizon of sod-podzolic soil [17].…”

“…Various kinds of soils [29] can be added to the waste, but for the northern regions, the most relevant is the use of peat soil. The possibility of using peat as a basis for plant growth is also confirmed by scientific research [30][31][32][33][34][35]. The efficiency of utilization is increased by increasing the amount of waste in the soil mixture, provided that the fertility requirement is met.…”
