Still, scholars have accounted for creativity in PM in multiple ways: to develop creative thinking and remove misconceptions about it (Indelicato, 2014); to incorporate creativity and innovative thinking into PM (Brocke & Lippe, 2013); to distinguish between traditional and serendipitous creativity (Simard & Laberge, 2015); and to employ creativity by focusing on the source and target domain (Boxenbaum & Rouleau, 2011).
