This chapter delves into the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on inclusive education. This chapter explores how AI might support inclusive education. Moreover, it delves into challenges of this support. To achieve this, a phenomenological qualitative approach is adopted. Experiences with qualitative approach was used. Engaging 45 college instructors from diverse academic specialties, qualifications, and experiences. This study conducted three focus group sessions and 15 semi structured interviews. Thematic analysis was used to analyze data. For opportunities, three themes emerged: AI tailored experience with five subthemes, improved accessibility, and insights into Students' Needs. Three themes also emerged for challenges: algorithm bias, data privacy, and professional development. More empirical studies should be conducted with different groups.
