Criminal legal background of cyberspace management

Abstract: The article deals with the problem of criminal law prerequisites for managing cyberspace. The author notes that the increasing complexity and the increasing use of cybertechnologies and infrastructures are sources of potential risk to cyberstability and cybersecurity. More serious are the threats posed by external events, such as natural disasters or attacks by governments, criminal organizations or individuals.
