Crisis and Catastrophe in Water‐Resources Policy

Abstract: Water quantity and quality, it is observed, have been definitely influenced by natural disaster and social or political events. Development of philosophies and occurrences effected by those events, in turn, have affected the creation of present‐day policies and are reviewed in the following, in addition to a general discussion of future resource management.
