Criteria for Selecting GLONASS Satellites to Reduce the Systematic Error in Determining the Coordinates in the Horizon Plane

Abstract: The analysis of the effect of systematic errors in pseudorange measurements on the accuracy of determination the coordinates in the plane of the horizon is presented. The criteria for selecting navigation satellites GLONASS are proposed to minimize the systematic components of the error of the planned coordinates, determined on the basis of the method of least squares.
