Critical race theory and research on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in higher education

Abstract: Critical race theory can be a useful alternative framework for understanding Asian American and Pacific Islander populations in higher education.

“…first, our analysis expands cRt as a framework for addressing the unique challenges facing asian americans in higher education.
