Critical Review of Pharmacogenomics in Antiparkinsonian Drug Therapy: Impact on Clinical Management of Parkinson’s Disease

Abstract: Objective: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a chronic progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by rest tremors, bradykinesia, rigidity, postural instability, gait dysfunction, and several non-motor symptoms.
