Abstract:Apigenin (APG), a flavone sub-class of flavonoids, possesses a diverse range of biological activities, including anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effects. Previous studies identified the genotoxicity of APG in certain cancer cells, which may be associated with its anticancer effect.
