Critical Success Factors for Franchised Restaurants Entering the Kenyan Market: Customers’ Perspective

Abstract: This article seeks to determine the critical success factors for franchised restaurants entering the Kenyan market from the customers’ perspective. We used a quantitative methodology by taking a survey. The respondents were identified using convenience sampling.
