The Bauhaus school established a stable utilitarian cause-and-effect relationship. Nevertheless, the opposite of Irrational Architecture has been preferred to solve severe investment and financing problems in the hotel construction and renovation industry. A new Marketing interpretation was attempted to attract new hotel customers. Under the connecting glue of Quantum Marketing through Big Data Science coverage, several irrelevant ideas are incorporated. Since hotel functions are chaotic, the hotel room was selected as the minimum chunk of intervention. Several apartments or bungalows would be constructed to cover peculiar progressive functioning like Zero Clean Room and bathroom, protection, guest living in Platonic Solid space and four dimensions emulation, semiautomatic room fitting, and unlimited room furniture and equipment options. All these are addressed through promotion channels to the curiosity of the possible guest. The visitor preselects the desired number of features, and the room is up and ready according to his determination. A room preparation film presents all necessary steps, indicative guest Phobias are analyzed, and prefabricated modules are studied in a realistic business plan. Finally, an estimation is given for the necessary number of invention patents and schedule realization for every room. Zero net incompatibility and cost remain unresolved issues.

Towards Society 5.0, hospitality experiences replaced services, and Omni-Quantum marketing collects data increasing consumer selection and happiness. Our study focuses on the minimum chunk of a hotel, the guest room. We designed innovative, extravagant rooms for hotel reputation and marketing reasons. Four major room features are proposed to generate experiences. Initially, a room following zero air clean standards, full radio-magnetic, semiautomatic room fitting, and standalone zero clean bathroom. Then, the futuristic room has varying shapes, platonic solid schema, and four-dimensional emulation. Third, the room living space is full of functional and artistic components on demand. Finally, we studied an archipelago with thousands of islands as guest rooms. Hotel room reservation was the primary concern, designed as a foretaste of the following hotel overstay. Upon hotel guest arrival, the room is prepared according to customer preselection, with cleaning procedures, shape alteration, art items, advanced furniture, and expensive personalized equipment. Additional research for phobias and manias was attempted to facilitate hotel marketing working examples. Fourth, different islets/rooms target all distinct guest demands in space and time. According to Quantum marketing principles, all the above developments produce data to fulfill guest needs. Even partial implementation requires new patents and extensive funding.

The relevance of ensuring energy efficiency and environmental compatibility in all sectors of the economy is growing every year. Transport is one of the key factors in the successful development of the global economy, which ensures, among other things, the continuous movement of goods to support global value chains. The methodological basis of the study is represented by the provisions of modern economic theory, logistics, transport systems, management, ecology, and energy efficiency. A number of general scientific and special methods were used to solve the tasks, in particular, methods of formalisation, system and statistical analysis, probability theory, typology, abstract and logical synthesis. As part of the study, an effective mechanism for ensuring energy efficiency and environmental compatibility in the delivery of special categories of cargo was proposed which can be used to most effectively solve the tasks set throughout the supply chain. The proposed mechanism is formed by environmental and energy-efficient tools, a support system, internal and external contradictions to achieve an environmental and energy balance. The toolkit is fully consistent with the public interest, as well as with the goals of Industry 5.0 in ensuring the environmental effect as part of the path to a circular economy, increasing the reliability and sustainability of value chains through the formation of increased responsibility of participants in the process of delivering special cargo, as well as the implementation of the principles of environmental and social management.
