Cross-Cultural Study of Students’ Response to Education Dissatisfaction: An Australian Context

Abstract: The inevitability and unpredictability of service failures can result in consumer dissatisfaction, whereby consumers respond to their lack of satisfaction with the service provision in a variety of ways.
