Cross-dock distribution and operation planning for overseas delivery consolidation: A case study in the automotive industry

Abstract: PhD project concerned Renault cross-docking platforms and is related mainly to the following research fields: distribution planning, operation scheduling and supply chain network optimization. In the first stage, Operation Research methods have been applied to solve the associated models.
