Crowdsourced data to improve municipalities governance: Sesimbra’s case : Defining, reporting, and analyzing KPI’s for citizen reported occurrences

Abstract: To the Sesimbra's Municipality, specially to Architect Nuno Silva, who partnered within the project and offered immense support to successfully concluding it.
