Cryptosporidium proventriculi in Captive Cockatiels (Nymphicus hollandicus)

Abstract: Cockatiels (Nymphicus hollandicus) are among the most commonly sold psittacines pets. The aim of this study was to evaluate the occurrence of Cryptosporidium spp. in domestic N. hollandicus and identify risk factors for this infection.
