Abstract

C11H 10 N 2 OS, monoclinic, Pc (no. 7), a = 12.050(3) Å, CCDC no.: 1446485The crystal structure is shown in the gure. Tables 1-3 contain details of the measurement method and a list of the atoms including atomic coordinates and displacement parameters. Source of materialAll reagents and solvents obtained from commercial sources were used without further puri cation. The starting 4-((pyridin-4-yl)methylthio)pyridine was synthesized according to a modi ed procedure in literature [1]. A solution of 3-chlorobenzoperoxoic acid (72°m-CPMA, 750 mg, 3.22 mmol) in 20 mL of CH 2 Cl 2 was added to a 10 mL CH 2 Cl 2 solution of 4-((pyridin-4-yl)methylthio)pyridine (606 mg, 3 mmol) and cooled to 0°C.
