Abstract: In the title compound, (C6H16N2)[CrO4], the trans-cyclohexane-1,2-diammonium cations and chromate anions are connected through N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The tetrahedral CrO4 2− anion is slightly distorted due to the influence of the hydrogen bonds.
