Abstract:Two-dimensional lead halide perovskites are promising materials for optoelectronics due to the tunability of their properties with the number of lead halide layers and the choice of an organic spacer. Physical understanding for the rational design of materials primarily requires knowledge of crystal structure. 2D lead halide perovskites are usually prepared in the form of films complicating the experimental determination of structure. To enable theoretical studies of experimentally unresolvable structures as we… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
