Crystalline Structure Assessment of Ceramic Veneered Co-Cr-W Dental Alloy Substructures Obtained by Selective Laser Melting—A Pilot Study

Abstract: The aim of this work is to assess the crystalline structure modification of an SLM Co-Cr-W dental alloy, veneered with two different ceramics, by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and scanning electron microscopy, coupled with energy-dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS).
