CT and MRI Features of Solitary Fibrous Tumor of the Liver: A Case Report

Abstract: Solitary fibrous tumors (SFTs) are a unique group of soft tissue tumors originating from fibroblastic or myofibroblastic tissue. SFTs rarely occur in the liver, with less than 30 cases reported in the literature. We report a case of SFT of the liver presenting unique imaging features on CT and MRI.
