CT-Guided Percutaneous Retrograde Drilling of Talar Osteochondrosis Dissecans: A Case-Report

Abstract: Introduction: Osteochondrosis Dissecans is a non traumatic pathology, frequently observed in the ankle in young patients. Treatment methods include arthroscopic debridement, microfracturing and anterograde or retrograde drilling. Retrograde drilling does not damage the cartilage and has high success rates, but usually involves arthroscopy. The use of Computer Tomography (CT) for retrograde drilling is relatively unknown.
