Abstract:Background
Acute Type A aortic dissection (ATAAD) is a life-threatening condition requiring prompt surgical intervention. This retrospective study aimed to identify preoperative computed tomography angiography (CTA) features associated with in-hospital mortality in ATAAD patients.
