Cu2ZnSnS4, Cu2ZnSnSe4 Nanocrystals As Absorbers In 3rd Generation Solar Cells

Abstract: Cu2ZnSnS4 and Cu2ZnSnSe4 semiconductor nanocrystals were synthesized by polyol method. The morphological and structural properties were investigated by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction methods. The nanocrystals growth behavior for both compounds were compared.
