Abstract: Background Microvascular obstruction (MVO) and intramyocardial hemorrhage (IMH) are well‐established imaging biomarkers of failed myocardial tissue reperfusion in patients with ST‐segment elevation–myocardial infarction treated with percutaneous coronary intervention.
