“…Chicken embryo brain (CEB) and fibroblast (CEF) cell cultures were prepared as described by Sato et al (1971) and Mancini & Yates (1968), respectively, using 11-day-old specified-pathogen-free (SPF) embryonating chicken eggs (Line M, Nisseiken Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan).
