Cultivo de forragem hidroponica de inverno no ecótono cerrado pantanal

Abstract: Hydroponic forage is an alternative to feed the animal in times of drought quickly. Thus, the objective of this work was to evaluate the development of hydroponic forage of corn and millet irrigated with mineral and organic solutions during the winter season in the Cerrado-Pantanal ecotone, seeking to determine the species and the most suitable solution for the region at that time. The experimental design was in randomized blocks, in a split plot scheme. The plots were the solutions (mineral and organic) and t… Show more

“…The variables N content (g kg) and CP content (%) showed a statistical difference regarding the sowing rate, and the treatment with 1.0 kg of seeds per m² obtained higher levels in relation to the other treatments analyzed. Araujo et al (2008); Santana et al (2020), found that, on average, the sowing densities of 1.0 to 2.5 kg m² of corn resulted in 11.88% of CP. In turn, Crevelari (2011), using sugarcane bagasse as a substrate, obtained crude protein content of around 5.9 and 6.7% for corn seeding density of 1.5 and 2.0 kg m², respectively, fertigated with dilutions of vinasse.…”

“…Müller et al (2006) relataram que esta espécie pode proporcionar boa qualidade nutricional e quantidade relativamente alta. Santana et al (2020) obtiveram valores de fibra em detergente neutro e ácido na cultura do milheto semelhantes aos obtidos na cultura do milho. Os autores destacam que estes fatores formam um parâmetro essencial na determinação da qualidade da forragem, visto que inclui a digestibilidade do animal a fibras.…”
