Cultural Rights Education between Use of Heritage and Alphabetical Skills

Abstract: The contribution addresses the problem of the relationship between education for cultural rights, use of cultural heritage and the need for alphabetical skills, focusing on reflection on two elements, the processes of cultural democratization and literacy.
