“…The prime aim of this study was to test the empirical relations between CSR and firm reputation and organizational citizenship behavior in the existence of organic organizational cultures as mediators between Pakistani large and medium enterprise employees. The study’s results also endorse previous research studies in which mediating mechanisms of organic organizational cultures (clan and adhocracy) between CSR and firm reputation were discovered ( Balaji et al, 2020 ; Sackmann, 2021 ; Arabeche et al, 2022 ).
