Culture in vitro Modulation of Human Leukocyte Antigen Molecules and Costimulatory Molecules on Human Retinal Pigment Epithelium

Abstract: Purpose: To determine the potential of culture in vitro to alter the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) molecules and costimulatory molecules on human retinal pigment epithelium (RPE).
