Curbing the Appetite on Emotional Eating

Abstract: This study will look at the effect of an emotional support group on the self-reported urge to eat when experiencing 25 different emotions outlined in an emotional eating survey (EES) in ages 18 to 30 years old. The sample of 15 participants will be selected using convenience sampling and the study will follow a quasi-experimental design.
